We at PottedHead reserve the right to terminate any membership violating any and all the Terms and Conditions governing our Website.

We at PottedHead thrive in allow our members as much freedom and flexibility deemed possible. However in order to keep our members happy and safe, we have employed a clear and precise Terms and Condition Policy aimed at governing the members activities while using this site.

The team here at PottedHead ask that you READ & AGREE to our Terms and Conditions Policy so that no misunderstandings arise if you find your account has been disabled or blocked. PottedHead reserves the right to disable and terminate any and all accounts that breach or violate any part or section of our Websites Terms and Conditions Policy. This is subject to review if you believe your Membership was terminated without notification of any breaches or violations of our Terms and Conditions Policy. If you believe that the termination is/was incorrect, then you have (7 Days) ​to lodge your complaint with the Webmaster for review.

Our Terms and Conditions:

1. NO Advertisements or Promotions of other websites, products or store sales. However, anything to do with Harry Potter, J K Rowling e.g. Books, Movies or Harry Potter memorabilia must be approved by the Websites admins via email: pottedhead.info@techie.com

​2. Eliciting members to purchase a product for sale that is NOT Harry Potter related and has NOT been approved by our Website Admins is Strictly Prohibited. Any violation to this rule will result in your membership immediately being terminated.

​3. In our best endevours, we at PottedHead support and protect and individuals creative rights. In say this duplicating other members characters and/or character profiles is Strictly Prohibited and may result in our admins asking you to change your character and/pr character profile.

4. Our membership is encouraged to create multiple characters that reflect the characters from the Harry Potter books and movies, e.g. Harry Potter, Voldemort, Snape etc.

​5. We at PottedHead understand that a lot of our membership enjoy selecting their own photos or images as their characters face claim. However due to copy right issues, we encourage our membership to only use the prescribed Harry Potter Characters from the books and/or films.

​6. Duplicating or the usage of Out of Character profiles is Strictly Prohibited. Such profiles are [OC] for a reason.

​7. ​​No hacking someones account.

​8. Hacking someones account is not acceptable here. If there is any suspicion of an account being hacked that account will be locked and looked at. The owner of the hacked account will be e-mailed letting them know their account is locked and being looked at. They will be sent another message letting them know if their account is unlocked and okay to use once again.

​9. If the hacker gets identified, they will be banned from the site and if they already have an account, that account will be deleted.

​10. Must have a valid e-mail address to finish making an account with us, you must have a valid e-mail address to verify the account you're making with us.

​11. No cyber bullying. This is a bully free zone people. Just like hacking an account, you will be banned from the site and your account here will be deleted.

​12. Do not post pictures or share any information on who you are in real life. Use Google images or pictures you made yourself. Like drawings or a picture you made on a site. To keep everyone safe its best to not post your real pictures or share information about you. Like phone number, address, school you go to, etc.

​13. No inappropriate pictures of people. Lets keep this site clean or PG-13. We may have minors on here to role play and the last thing they should see is a nude person.

​14. If a person is reported or flagged for posting inappropriate pictures you will get a warning. If continued, the account will be deleted and the person will be banned.

​15. Characters must, some how, relate to Harry Potter. This is a Harry Potter Role play site. Not Twilight, True blood, or anything else.
